History
Baptist Health Centers, Inc. (BHC) is a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary company of The Baptist Health System of Alabama (BHS) that specializes in physician practice management. BHC was formed in 1994 when BHS merged the operations of Montclair Medical Clinics and Princeton Healthcare Services. The result was a primary care physician network that spanned the BHS hospital market of north central Alabama and one of the largest physician practice networks in the state.
