Keith Parrott joined Baptist Health System as President of Princeton Baptist Medical Center in February 2008. Prior to joining Princeton, Parrott served as Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital in Houston, Texas. During his 17-year career with Memorial Hermann he held a number of senior leadership roles within the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, including vice president of marketing and communications, and assistant vice president of hospital operations at two hospitals. He began his career in healthcare in 1991following completion of his bachelor's degree from Baylor University. He also holds a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. David C. Wilson became president of Shelby Baptist Medical Center on February 20, 2006, bringing with him many years of experience in hospital administration and a history of running hospitals that achieve top-rated patient satisfaction as well as high employee satisfaction scores. Prior to coming to Shelby Baptist, Wilson was chief executive officer at Saint Francis Hospital in Bartlett, Tennessee. He also gained experience serving as chief executive officer at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and Medical Center of Manchester in Manchester, Tennessee. Wilson received his master of science in health administration, graduating with honors, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1989. He holds bachelor's degrees in zoology and biology, both with honors, from the University of Tennessee. Bob Phillips joined Walker Baptist Medical Center as administrator in March of 2009. Prior to becoming administrator, Phillips served as executive director of operations for Baptist Health Centers for six years. Phillips also served as senior director of patient financial services and operations director for Baptist Health Centers. He began his career in health care in 1998 after completing his administrative residency. He holds a bachelor's degree of arts from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He also holds master's degrees in health care administration and business administration from the University of Alabama - Birmingham.
