Welcome to Walker Baptist Medical Center's student orientation page! We are excited that you will be learning with us.

Walker Baptist - a member of Baptist Health System - is one of four Baptist hospitals. Other Baptist facilities are located in Birmingham, Alabaster and Talladega, AL.

In order to prepare you for your clinical experience, you are required to review the student orientation module, take the test, and sign and submit the confidentiality form. These three items, which are all available below, must be completed prior to your first student visit to the hospital. 

If you are in a clinical group, the completed test and signed confidentiality form should be submitted to your instructor. If you are doing a preceptorship or shadowing, you must submit your paperwork to Cathy Gurganus, Education Manager, prior to your first day.
